This is not a course.  
This is not a training program.

This is the structural transmission layer of the AIM Decision Architecture.

This layer enables the ability to operate decision structures directly.

It does not teach frameworks.  
It does not transfer knowledge.

It exposes how judgment actually functions within:

- Individuals  
- Organizations  
- Real-world decision environments

Within this layer:

- Situations are read as structure rather than narrative  
- Variables are extracted from complex events  
- Decision architecture becomes identifiable  
- Judgment begins to operate under structural integrity

Participants do not learn AIM as a concept.

They integrate it as an operational structure within their own decision-making.

​

​

This layer operates only where:

- Decision responsibility is held  
- Application domain exists  
- Structural integration is required

扱うのは、

・組織  
・現実の意思決定環境  

の中で、判断がどのように機能しているかという構造です。

このレイヤーにおいて、

・事象を物語ではなく構造として読む  
・複雑な出来事から変数を抽出する  
・意思決定アーキテクチャを特定する  
・判断が構造整合のもとで動き始める  

状態が形成されます。

参加者はAIMを概念として学ぶのではなく、

自らの意思決定における運用構造として統合します。

​

このレイヤーは、

・意思決定責任を持つ  
・適用領域を持つ  
・構造統合が必要な状態  

においてのみ機能します。
