AIM Validation Framework
Framework Provenance
This Framework formalizes the validation structure derived from the external validation process conducted in January–February 2026. The three-phase structure was originally introduced by the external reviewer and was subsequently documented by AIM Research Institute as the formal AIM Validation Framework.
Its purpose is to present the complete validation lifecycle through which AIM has been established, structurally verified, and externally validated at the structural level.
Each phase addresses a distinct validation objective and is documented independently through corresponding Validation Records or research documents.
Completion of one phase neither replaces nor duplicates another.

Phase-1 — Establishment of the Decision Architecture
Objective
To establish the Decision Architecture of AIM by identifying and documenting the structural conditions through which human judgment becomes observable through decision pathways.
Validation Objective
To determine whether a coherent Decision Architecture exists.
Outcome
The Decision Architecture was established.

Phase-2 — Structural Verification
Objective
To verify the internal structural consistency of the established Decision Architecture.
Phase-2 evaluates whether the architecture remains structurally coherent without requiring conceptual redesign.
Validation Objective
To determine whether the established Decision Architecture maintains internal structural integrity.
Outcome
The structural integrity of the Decision Architecture was verified.

Phase-3 — External Structural Validation
Objective
To validate whether the public representation of AIM preserves recognition as a Decision Architecture under first-contact public exposure.
Phase-3 evaluates the public representation only.
It does not redesign, modify, or replace the underlying Decision Architecture.
Validation Objective
To determine whether the established Decision Architecture remains correctly recognizable under public first-contact conditions.
Outcome
The public representation was confirmed to preserve recognition as a Decision Architecture.

Relationship Between the Validation Phases
Each phase validates a different aspect of the same Decision Architecture.
Together, the three phases establish the architecture, verify its structural integrity, and validate its public recognition.

Accordingly, Phase-3 does not establish or redesign the Decision Architecture.
Rather, it confirms that the Decision Architecture established and structurally verified in the preceding phases remains correctly recognizable under public first-contact conditions.
Future Validation Phases
Future validation phases may document implementation, software systems, digital products, operational protocols, or additional research outcomes.
Such phases will be recorded independently as the AIM Research Institute continues to expand the validation lifecycle.
