❐ Layer 2 — Structural Verification
(AIM Decision Architecture Review)

This is not a service.
This is not a session.
This is not a consulting offering.

This is a structural verification layer within the AIM Decision Architecture.

This layer examines how decisions actually move within an organization.

It does not evaluate individuals.
It does not rely on capability, motivation, or effort.

It exposes the structural conditions associated with:

• Formation
• Delay
• Distortion
• Interruption
• Breakdown

The focus is not on improving decisions.

It is on making the decision structure visible.

This layer identifies:

- Structural gaps in decision formation
- Interference variables affecting judgment
- Misalignment in responsibility and decision flow
- Hidden conditions that prevent viable decisions

No advice is provided.
No solutions are suggested.

Only the structure of decision-making is revealed.

This layer operates only where decision impact is measurable.

A Structural Record of Your Decision Architecture

Decision Architecture Map + Structural Verification Record

A single integrated report designed to make the observed decision architecture visible, traceable, and available for repeated examination.

The report combines a visual map of the decision structure with a detailed record of observed conditions, supporting evidence, and verification boundaries.

The final length and composition depend on the scope and structural complexity of the decision under examination.

01 — Decision Architecture Map

A visual representation of the observed decision structure.

The map shows how decisions form, how information and conditions move across organizational boundaries, and where structural interference, misalignment, delay, or failure becomes observable.

It may include decision flow diagrams, responsibility relationships, interference variables, and structural conditions identified during verification.

The purpose is not to prescribe a better decision process, but to make the existing structure visible.

Illustrative Example — Decision Architecture Map

The diagram below illustrates how an organizational decision may progress from the formation of decision conditions through information aggregation, structural misalignment, and eventual interruption or failure.

This is a simplified, hypothetical illustration. It does not represent an actual client case, an observed verification result, or a validated AIM model.

02 — Structural Verification Record

A detailed written record accompanying the Decision Architecture Map.

It documents:

  • The scope and boundaries of verification

  • Observed structural conditions

  • Supporting evidence and relevant observations

  • Identified structural gaps and interference variables

  • Responsibility and decision-flow relationships

  • Confirmed findings and conditions that remain unverified

The record distinguishes observed facts from structural interpretations and unverified conditions.

It does not evaluate individuals, provide advice, or recommend solutions.

📊Designed to Be Revisited

The value of structural visibility does not end when the record is delivered.

Decision conditions may change over time.

A structure that was once invisible may become recognizable when the decision-maker returns to the record under different circumstances.

The Decision Architecture Map provides an accessible view of the whole structure.

The Structural Verification Record preserves the observations, evidence, and boundaries underlying that view.

Together, they allow decision-makers to revisit the structure, examine whether previously observed conditions remain present, and consider what may have changed.

AIM does not determine what the decision-maker should do.

The structure remains available for examination. The responsibility for judgment remains with the human decision-maker.

(AIM Decision Architecture Review)

01 — Decision Architecture Map|

02 — Structural Verification Record|
