Atlas Insight Method(AIM)創始者

AIM Research Institute Director

Decision Architect

🌐 Atlas Insight Method(AIM)

🌎 AIM Research Institute

  • Founding Statement

  • Working Papers

  • Protocols

  • Research Governance Documents

Background

Profile

Miho Osawa

CEO, APRILE Inc.

Founder, Atlas Insight Method (AIM)

Director, AIM Research Institute

Decision Architect

🌐 Atlas Insight Method (AIM)

Atlas Insight Method (AIM) is a Decision Architecture for observing the structural conditions and decision pathways through which human judgment is formed.

It externalizes the premises, responsibility structures, structural constraints, and execution pathways surrounding judgment, making visible where decisions become delayed, distorted, interrupted, or structurally compromised.

AIM is not designed to provide advice, coaching, diagnosis, or decision-making on behalf of others.

Its role is not to supply conclusions, but to make the structure that produces human judgment observable.

🌎 AIM Research Institute

The AIM Research Institute is the official research division of AIM, established within APRILE Inc.

Its purpose is to observe, document, verify, and advance the understanding of human judgment through decision pathways.

The Institute does not provide consulting, coaching, or advisory services.

Its role is to preserve, verify, and deepen the integrity of AIM through continuous observation and structural verification.

The Institute publishes the following official documents:

  • Founding Statement

  • Working Papers

  • Protocols

  • Research Governance Documents

Together, these documents constitute the theoretical foundation, operational specifications, and governance principles of AIM.

📍 Areas of Research

  • Human Judgment

  • Decision Architecture

  • Decision Pathways

  • Executive Judgment Structures

  • Organizational Decision Structures

  • Responsibility Architecture

  • Structural Verification

  • Decision Delay, Distortion, Interruption, and Failure

  • Human–AI Decision Boundaries

  • AI Utilization and Research Governance

📍 Background

Former accounting firm manager.

Through more than twenty years of practical work in accounting, taxation, finance, and organizational operations, Miho has worked closely with executive decision-making across business environments.

For the past eleven years, she has continuously observed the structural conditions under which individual and organizational judgment forms, becomes delayed, distorts, is interrupted, or fails.

Through thousands of real-world conversations and structural reviews, the recurring structures revealed through those observations were externalized and systematized as the Atlas Insight Method (AIM).

AIM did not begin as a theory designed in advance.

It emerged through the observation, documentation, verification, and articulation of decision structures discovered in practice.
