Atlas Insight Method (AIM) is a Decision Architecture for observing the structural conditions and decision pathways through which human judgment is formed.
It externalizes the premises, responsibility structures, structural constraints, and execution pathways surrounding judgment, making visible where decisions become delayed, distorted, interrupted, or structurally compromised.
AIM is not designed to provide advice, coaching, diagnosis, or decision-making on behalf of others.
Its role is not to supply conclusions, but to make the structure that produces human judgment observable.

AIM Research Institute is the official research division of AIM, established within APRILE Inc.
Its purpose is to observe human judgment through decision pathways, and to document, verify, and further develop an understanding of the structures underlying those judgments.
The Institute does not provide consulting, coaching, or advisory services.
Its role is to preserve the integrity of AIM and deepen its understanding through continuous observation and structural verification.

📍 Professional Background
Former Accounting Firm Manager.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with business owners, executives, and organizational decision-makers through professional experience in accounting, taxation, finance, and organizational operations.
During the most recent 11 years, I have continuously observed the structural conditions under which human and organizational judgments are formed, as well as the points at which decisions become delayed, distorted, interrupted, or structurally compromised.
Through thousands of dialogues and structural examinations, I have identified and documented recurring structures underlying human judgment.
These accumulated observations have been externalized, translated into an observable form, and systematized as Atlas Insight Method (AIM).
AIM did not begin as a predefined theory.
It emerged from accumulated field observations and the ongoing process of documenting, examining, verifying, and articulating the structures underlying human judgment.
Rather than inventing a theory first and applying it to reality, my work has focused on translating structures already observed in practice into a form that others can examine and evaluate.

Atlas Insight Method（AIM）は、人間の判断がどのような構造条件と判断経路を通して成立するのかを観測する Decision Architecture です。
判断の前提条件、責任配置、構造的制約、実行経路を外部化し、判断がどこで遅延・歪曲・中断・破綻するのかを構造として可視化します。
AIMは、助言、コーチング、診断、意思決定の代行を目的としたものではありません。
その役割は、判断の結論を提示することではなく、人間の判断を生み出す構造を観測可能にすることです。

元会計事務所マネージャー。
会計・税務・財務・組織運営の実務を通じて、20年以上にわたり、経営者、事業責任者、組織運営における意思決定に関わってきました。
そのうち直近11年間は、人や組織の判断がどのような条件で成立し、どの地点で遅延・歪曲・中断・破綻するのかを、構造として継続的に観測してきました。

Founder Presentation
What I want to understand is not what the answer should be, but how that answer came into being.
My work on Atlas Insight Method (AIM) is grounded in a longstanding interest in human judgment—how people form conclusions, what shapes their decisions, and how the structures behind those decisions can be made observable.
In my Founder Presentation, I share the experiences that shaped my perspective, the research foundations of AIM, and my hopes for education and society.
